- 45 seconds in each exercise
- No rest between exercises
- 4 rounds
- No rest between rounds
Driver. Keep bent on the supporting leg. 45 secs each leg.
Push-up to side plank. Keep a tight core throughout.
Bodyweight Overhead Squat. Keep your shoulder squeezed back and your back engaged to keep your hands over head.
Ease sore muscles after your workout with an epsom salt bath
Grab a grenade bar for a post-workout protein hit.
