💪🏼 THE DEEP DIVE: We start with a 60 minute coaching call to dive deep into your mindset, motivation and and potential roadblocks to see exactly where you are right now and map out where you need to go.
💪🏼YOUR TAILORED PLAN: From there I create you a bespoke habits and mindset plan, which will transform the way you approach and achieve you health and fitness goals!
💪🏼1:1 MOTIVATIONAL COACHING: Bi-weekly calls to work on mindset exercises, check-in on habits, celebrate wins, and set goals. The pace and the direction of coaching is tailored to your needs. (This is not 'cookie-cutter' one size fits all).
💪🏼NUTRITION COACHING: I set you custom nutrition goals and help you with weekly meal planning, you get access to my recipe hub, and we follow a nutrition path that suits your body and gets you incredible results without extreme restriction.
💪🏼WORKOUTS: For the 12 weeks I will set you workouts each week that will suit your fitness level and schedule. With unlimited modifications of exercises to suit you.

What happens on the coaching calls?
THESE ARE THE SECRET SAUCE TO SUCCESS...
This is my favourite way to coach women through my programmes. In our first session we get to know each other so you feel completely comfortable with our coach client relationship.
We then dive deep into where your mindset is at and what we need to work on to get your the results you want.
This includes work on; goal setting and your reason why, your roadblocks that you have come up against in the past, your relationship with food and exercise going back to childhood, and your belief system and thought patterns.
Once I have this background I create you a mindset and habits protocol that we will work on week by week that will completely flip you around. Your mindset will become strong, motivation will become non-negotible, and your habits streamlined.
Each call I will check in with you on the workouts we have set too, we can go through technique, change out exercises, and we will work closely on your nutrition making sure you have the best plan to fit your lifestyle and goals.
